Spoiler repairs

Pretty much like the title says, does anyone know of a good fix for a hole and peeling paint in the foam spoiler of a black '93 Maxima SE? It seems to be fairly small, about the size of a quarter, but the paint missing around the hole is about the size of a fifty cent piece. At this point, the only real option seems to be to get another spoiler if it is too look nice. Is there any other option?

I was afraid of that. No use in patching it as it would probably look too nasty.
