Anti-Theift no start

My maxima got rearended a few months ago, and ever since then it doesn't want to start. I've tried disconnecting the battery for a little while and It still wont start. The trunk is bent so the car thinks that its open which sets the stock alarm off every 6 hours or so, so I have just kept the battry dissconnected and been driving my 240 all winter. Now its warming up here in looooosiana so I'm gonna try to fix it, any ideas or advice on how the stock alarm works? It does disable the spark doesn't it?

its a switch in your trunk that when hit pops open the line of electricty so that your car wont go up in fire. the switch is called interia switch it breaks current flow when an impact to the rear of so much force or if your vehicle rolls over.

Have you checked your fuel pump safety relay (possibly damaged) which is mounted on the rear of the trunk? I believe it's the orange (or green?) relay.

The car will still start with doors or trunk open so I would not expect it to be the alarm system.

Anyone else?

I think it's a relay being at issue.
but i'd unplug the anti-theft module anyways just because it's one less potential headache.

So I got it sorta running today, but just to be safe, which one is the anti-theft box? Basically I got it running but it was stumbiling a lot I tryed the battry from my 240 and it seemed to help for a little while so I have my maxima battery on the charger for the night and filled it with water, I'll report back my findings tomarrow

oh yea well, that was kinda silly to ask. I got it to start again, it just runs really poorly. When the key is turned on and its not running there is a relay or selinoid clicking its orange and under the drivers side of the intake manifold one. I think its hooked up to some vac lines hooked up to it, one comming from the intake manifold then another going somewhere under the egr valve, any ideas what thats hooked up to?
