Mi carro

If anyone wants to see my near stock ride, I set up a Cardomain page, it also has the new (but sautered on) FlowMaster I'm looking to sell for half of what I paid for it... http://maxima.cardomain.com/id/your_mom90gxe

On friday I'm going to post some pictures of what it looks like after I get the 18 inch Konig Imagines and Kumho Ecsta Supras on it.. right now it just has 5% tint (illegal) a whack LeBra which is better than the paint chipped front lip (Going to repaint it black ASAP) and clear corners. Oh yeah, gonna take pictures of my system on friday too...

Re: Mi carro

my 89GXE was that color (sand grey) and I really liked it with dark tint (mine was like yours)

all I did to it was a stock SE spoiler and that looked pretty nice

Oh, thank you! I've been wondering what the hell my car color is called since I bought it... I definetely wouldn't have guessed that "grey" was in the name.. yeah I like the color okay, but I would have preferred Superblack, or maybe white or emerald.. but it does look cool with my dark tint I think, I probably wouldn't even repaint it if it weren't so scratched and there are some small dings that are rusting. IF you see it up closely, you see all kinds of scratches, I think a lot of them have been added in the few months I've had it at the dorms, people hitting it with cars etc. How much did the stock SE spoiler run you?

spoiler was kind of expensive, but it was a xmas present so I dont know for sure; I'm sure an aftermarket one would be a little cheaper, but I liked the stock look

the best part about the color is that you dont have to wash it much, just wait til your black paint job and you'll need to wash the car 3x as often

oh well, black is nice though when it's clean; I love my superblack

Re: Re: Re: Re: Mi carro

Damn I don't think it'd be possible to wash my car 3X as much! I wash my car like every day or two... it's really dusty here in New Mexico, and my car gets dirty as hell quick... it's usually the windows though... yeah I love the way black looks with rims and tint, especially chrome rims but oh well, just with rims in general it looks nice I think. Is Superblack the same as black or is there a difference?

superblack is just what Nissan calls the black maxima

just a shiny black, nothing too special

i should plug my page in this thread too

and yes that alpine unit is suhweet i think it was my best stereo investment yet. IMO if new mexico is that dirty, stay away from black. it's going to be really hard to keep the ride clean
