Got my rims!

I'm feelin em! Now if I could just change my stock wheels off. Ugghh, my cousin uses a torque wrench when he puts them back on, makes it kinda hard to get off manually! I'm gonna look like a lamer going to Big O and asking them to change my 4 tires! Should have pics today on my cardomain website:

Congratulations! I'm sure they'll be an incredible improvement over your stock rims.

Some advice:
1)Just make sure when you get Big O to put them on, make sure they don't overtorque the wheels with their impact wrenches (otherwise it might be impossible for you to get the wheels off on your own, even with a cross tire iron and you and your dad leaning on it and cursing a lot.... don't ask )

2)Also if you have locknuts, ask them not to use the impact wrench on them - I had a couple of them shatter the teeth off because of the way impact wrenches work.

Damn I wish I woulda read your advice earlier, I hope they didn't f*ck anything up with those air tools... anyway I got the rims on, they're dope as hell but they make my car slower, look REAL nice though I think!

You can feel the difference in acceleration eh? I've heard about that but didn't think it was a big deal. Is it really noticable or just ever so slight? I'm wondering because I'm thinking of going the Mustang rim route later on, and I know those will be on the heavy side.

In any case just don't worry about the rim installation for now since there's not much you can do now - be happy about your sweet new rims and enjoy the glow.

Congrats! Rims make the biggest difference in the world on a car. Enjoy, now you will stare at your car for about 1 month every chance you get.

I love the way my car looks now, it makes it look 100% better. I can't wait to do the interior and get it painted now, my car will be sooo dope I think. Anyway, no pictures today, sorry but it gets dark at 5pm here now, and with the brake pad replacement, fixing the foglights, and doing the CAI install took from like 1 to 5:30 soooo will get em tommorow.
