by looking at the chart on that ad it seems like some things are wrong. i'm not completely sure, but aren't all 3rd gen engines 3.0l? and isn't that car a gxe, not an se. i emailed the guy saying that i thought those were the cases, but i'd hate to see someone get ripped off.

When I was looking for a VE a few months back, they were all over the place. Well, that's what the newspaper said. When I call the person, they say, "Yeah, it's an SE, just like the ad says." I ask them questions like; Does it have 4 wheel discs? Does it have a spoiler? Does it have foglights? They said, "No!", to all those questions. People love to play dumb and think they have an SE. Didn't fool me.

 

Email him back and tell him that he's misrepresenting a product and he can be banned from using ebay, especially since he now KNOWS the correct information and chooses not to change it.
misrepresentation is illegal and can in fact bring fines, legal action, and possibly jail time.

usually they call off the auction shortly thereafter.

I think it is. I remember him saying he really wasn't looking for a red one, but he drove a long way to find his SE and that was just the way it was. It's Nissan's "Aztec Red" I believe.
And yes, it IS tight isn't it?

 

haha those fools in austin, i used to live like 5 minutes away from, when i was going to university of Texas. South point nissan.. they are not too bright over there.
