Check Engine Light

Well I just recently replaced three of the rear injectors along with one of the front injectors and everything has been going better except the car would start bucking from time to time at low rpm under light load which I thought might have some thing to do with the throttle position sensor but last night I started the car and it had a dead cylinder and as soon as I started moving I got a CEL. I was only a few miles from home so I decided to drive back and check it out when I got home. About half way home the miss went away and the light shut off. I checked the codes this morning and got a 51 which according to google is a "Injector Analysis" code. What could I have done wrong during the install? Or is it possible the injectors are no good? Thanks.

Code 51= Fuel injector circuit open = a bad injector.
