so i am looking to put 350z seats in my 4th gen and will just end up having the old fronts sitting around with no bottom pan (have to take apart to use on z seats). i was wondering if anyone has tried to do the same thing with the 3rd gen seats to make the 4th gen or other seats fit in? in my mind i think it should work. also dont think most people would want to buy seats they need to tke their own apart to put together to put in.

 

no need, the 3rd gen seats are a good seat to begin with, especially when compared to the 4th gen seats

 

Yeah, if you like your butt sliding while driving around corners. Then put 4th gen seats in it

 

well my problem is the leather in my 3rd gen is really bad and i will already have the cloth fronts from my 4th gen sitting around i figured i would try to make them work, unless i can get a cloth interior to swap into the 3rd from another 3rd gen. the whole reason for the 350 seats in my 4th is because of how bad i do slide in them. my girl s driving my 3rd gen right now and doesn't drive it hard.
