Sam
plugs
wires
disty cap
rotor
seafoam
check vac lines
i use mobil1 full synthetic and purolator pureone gold filter
fuel filter
air filter
pcv valve
clean TB
clean MAF
get a wirebrush and clean the electrical contacts on all the harness plugs and put some dielectric grease in there to prevent corrosion (ESPECIALLY battery posts/terminals)

then go give her a good flogging and blow her nose out

+1 to all of that, as far as the brakes go; it might be the wear indicator screeching telling you your pads are low. Or it could be a build up of brake dust and they just need cleaned with some brake parts cleaner. Take the wheel off and look.

Never been a big fan of seafoam in the engine. It is hard on seals.

Used it in many vehicles, never had a problem with it. Don't know about long term seal damage but my VE doesn't leak anywhere.
