need help removing grill

need help removing grill

i've got the top two clips off, but i can't get the middle or bottom ones.

might try taking a screwdriver or something and pushing up on the bottom part of the clips while you push down. Can be tricky. Sometimes the top pops back in place, don't you just hate that!?

Use some pliers and work your way from one side to the other. It might be a little easier.

it's hard for me to get pliers down there and be able to squeeze them cuz i've got a splint on my finger (

Are you trying to get to the clips from the front of the grill? I tried that way the first time with a screwdriver and it was next to impossible. If not, sorry about the finger....lol.

WOW! removing the grille looks HELLA bettr thanh having the grill I'm gonna remove mine.

To whom are you replying? If you saw my sig, that's a mesh grill, not a removed one. I had to cut out the bars and paint the chrome white and paint some gutter guard black and fit it into the grill (where the bars used to be). I hope that's what you meant......

Thanks! My picture is a bit too unclear I think. Unfortunately, everyone I know doesn't like it, b/c they can see right through it, they say. I say, Bah! to them.

They just don't understand.
