advance your timing as well....so far I know of two VG autos that are running 16.4-.5s with only advanced timing and intake, so imagine what it can do for your 5spd...no garuntees, but its worth a try!

I ran a best of 16.4 with my Pearl White 90 SE 5-spd with only PR CAI, advanced timing, and 17" wheels. My average at the track was usually 16.6 - 16.8. Just to give you an idea on what I ran. Plus I had a bad exhaust leak in my stock Y-pipe.

16.7 was my best STOCK on my 15"s in front,i dont wanna mess with timing and im thinkin of gettin a k&n cone for the meantime then buying the extension pipe down the road,im hoping 16.5 on some more practice with just the k&n

Where is everyone racing at? My automagic 87 maxima (which has 8hp/14tq less than a 89+) ran a 16.7 @ 81 with ONLY a CAI. Given a good track/driver a VG 5spd should run 16.0-16.4s with an intake. At least that is what the NA Z31s run.
