Okay. so I've had about the last straw with this battery I had. shoulda paid 20$ more and gotten a better one. anyways. Car won't start the other day. pulled out my mini jumpstarter which has worked in the past. Nothing. It'll give a weak turn on the engine. but won't run. In-law comes over to jump me. wait around for 10 mins to get the battery charged... still same symptom. Since it does turn does that mean it's not the starter? or could it still play in this game. battery is only a year old. watered it 2-3 months ago.

 

it might be, im not really sure thow. have you had the battery sitting for a while or anything like that?

 

Sounds like you have a dead starter.

 

Cheap battery lasted a year. missed the replacement warranty by a month. It was throwing a "bad battery" code at sears and I ended up spending more this time for one that will last. and new terminal connectors

We shall see tomorrow.

 

mini-jumpstarter wont start it, another car jumping it wont start it...I don't think its your battery.

 

Guessing it's the starter, because I just put the new battery in and I get a quick recussion of loud clicks.

Sigh. such as life and car repair..
