RUSTY Coolent??

When i purchased the car 3 years ago i didnt have this problem it just kind of happond by it self int he past year or so. I have flushed the system out twice with the garden hose and replaced it with 50/50 but the rusty orange chunky coolent jsut comes back. It is tot he point now that my heat doesnt work and my t-stat spikes every once in a while. I just replace the t-stat last month with new fluid and it still has the problem. It will usually spike up tot he h line and then come back down and be fine. It doesnt smoke out the tail pipe much at all and it doesnt smoke under the hood...what could this be??

When you flushed the fluid, did you do a whole nine yards, and flush it from the engine as well, and run some of that special juice through your radiator while flushing?

lol i know what special juice ur talking about we have some at work ut no i didnt use that.... when i flushed it out i just unscewed the valve at the bottem of the radiator and let it drain while i was putting water in the top with the hose... and i also ran the car while i was running water through just to get it out of the motor but it came back.... next step is putting some of that anti rust radiator treatment in it but i jsut want to knwo what may cause this.....

Neglect, that's what causes a rust filled cooling system...change the coolant a least once every 2 years..
