Cleaning

Wat is good stuff to clean the intake manifold and the valve cover gasket with........... Also wat is good product to paint them with

ive used gunk engine degreaser then power wash/hose everything down, but be careful of wires, wire harnesses, battery, alternator etc... I usually remove the battery and cover the alternator and be mindful not to soak the wires/harneses

you dont have to hose it down though, the 'safer' option is to use the degreaser with a scrub pad and give the valve covers, intake manifold etc some elbow grease then blot it all up with damp shop towels & dry

and that **** from auto zone or advance

the citrus formula IMO is a little better than the orig one (pictured).

Ok, here's the bottom line dude, stop acting like a child, if you freaking KNOW how to spell it correctly, then do so. we all know what "***" is in here. and it doesn't "come" from autozone..we clear?

Ok so now I have two english teachers telling me how too spell what grade did I get "F"............. w/e "COMES" it is from now on since ill get an A+ next time

I used the Duplicolor wheel paint found at shucks, or autozone to paint the valve cover and IM. I used high temp engine primer and clear coat though, which I would not recommend, stick to the wheel primer and clear though. If you don't bake the engine paint it will chip while you reinstall the parts.

so just dont use the high temp primer.............. but use the wheel paint and clear coat

Well they should have a Wheel paint primer, a Wheel paint color coat, and a Wheel paint Clear coat.

Just use those and you should be good.
