The PCV has a metric hex head...unless the head on yourr is stripped out. If its not comming loose, spray on some PB Blaster like internetautomar and let it sit for a few moments. If your having trouble getting the PCV off of the tube, twisting it side-to-side whilst pulling with the PCV valve still fastened will pop it free.

Yea im using a 20mm wrench but what im sayin is I can't even get the wrench on because there's no space but getting it off the hose shouldnt be the problem after

Socket and Breaker Bar... will do the trick first time round! Quick question are you trying to do this with the hose still attached to the valve?

Yep, I mean you can't really do this with the hose still attached... if you try that you run a really high risk of destroying that hose... (which by the way is around $30 from the dealer) Take the clamp and move it way from the PCV valve and then just slip the thing off... from there you can slip a socket on it or use the closed end of a wrench to take care of your needs... taking that hose off won't leak anything if that's what you're worried about... it's a ventilation hose for the valve cover/crankcase...

The PCV is one of the simplest jobs to do. I would start by taking the hose off first. By the way I dont know if the GXE(SOHC) engines have a different pcv valve from the 92-94 SE(DOHC). But i would assume because they are 2 different engine designs. My GXE's pcv valve is about 19mm. My pcv hose was so dry rotted that it tore in 2 peices when i removed it. So i got a pcv hose from pep boys for around $5. By the way I used an open end 19mm wrench to remove the valve from the intake.
