Custom Seat ideas

Im just wondering how many 3rd gen owners have either a sports/racing seat or another car's seat put in. Was it difficult to install?
The reason i ask because i found a set of rsx leather seats and im not too sure how the seat will fit into my car (knowing that i will have to either use the olds seats track or some fabrication if needed). has anyone done this without custom fabrication?

pretty much every seat in existence (aside from other 3d gen maximas) have different mounts. there is going to be some modifications needed.
there are a couple of nice seat swaps on here (sorry, no links).

i was just wondering can i just swamp over the track to the new seats n make some new wholes on it?

i did seen some 3gen with aftermarket seats, i just wanted an idea of how difficult or time consuming it was.

You pretty much have to weld in the new seats track. I don't think there has been any other front seat swap done any other way.

ive got a pair of sparco seats in mine, not the competition ones (uber modding would be needed), the street ones. it just took a new track and if you go to sparcousa.com they have the correct rails you need for 3rd gens
