VE is missing, any ideas?

VE is missing, any ideas?
just spent 64 bucks on plugs and it's still missing. it's already got a new fuel filter, pop charger so the filter is good. .. . dunno what could be wrong. any ideas?

is it missing REALLY bad???
and are the plug gaps right?? when I did my first tuneup a while back, I didn't gap the #2 plug correctly so I took it to my mech and he popped it out and did it right and everything worked out right!
