VG Header/Ypipe

Almost complete!!! Need my two(O2) bungs welded on and rear flex section welded in place...temporary fitment clamp!

1. why the flex section on the front section? it should NEVER flex separately from the rear section.
2. You should have used a longer flex at the rear. The shorter flex doesn't have the play these motors need to keep from destroying it.

Oh, no that's covered.... engine mounts are poly filled! and that's a 6 inch flex plus the ball socket joints @ the headers!

good luck.
WSP once upon a time offered ball socket joint in place of the flex. They stopped doing it because of exhaust leakage.
I would still recommend a longer flex section.

Right here!!! I've shown them B4. I measured my flex flexibility and it can flex more than 35 degrees total. Those polyurethane filled mounts aren't gonna give that much movement either...believe me bro it's all been covered! The little flex section was installed so once I loosely fit the flange bolts at one header I would have a little movement in the other downpipe if I needed to adjust anything....
