Window.... tabs?

So I went to the yard this weekend and got a buncha goodies (one being a new motor / regulator) for my passenger window. now. I wish I had known the tabs on the bottom of the window were broken before I had left.

Are these replaceable? throw some new ones in + some caulk and grind the old ones off?

Or would I have to go back to the yard and get a new window?

There'll be a way to get them off, but it'll easier to just replace the window or just fix the tab.

if you were local to me I'd say come grab my spare windows. I still have a full set of door glass last I looked.
