Want to change all fluids, and question about speedo

I just did an oil change on my car, but want to change the tranny and other fluids. How much should this cost? I dont have the time/tools to do it myself, so I am going to call around indy shops and the Nissan dealership.

But my speedo question is that mine doesnt work. Cruise doesnt work, and I tried pushing the speedo sensor thing in. Its that black round thing, right? What could be the issue?

probably the sensor then, just needs to be replaced. grab one from the junkyard.

changing ALL your fluids could get pricey, especially if you are not changing it yourself. just a rough guess, but if you are doing tranny, oil, coolant, brakes, and steering, i wouldn't be surprised if a shop charged $200 for supplies and labor.

Then you're going to be shocked at the quote I got from the stealership; $1,000. The car didnt even cost that much, got it for $700 at an auction.

What is the part number for the sensor?

for the fluids, have you gotten a quote from a normal mechanic? dealerships always rape you on simple stuff like that.

The transmission fluid drain & fill isn't difficult to do yourself. The only thing special you need is a funnel.

However, a transmission flush can cost some money. It's still not that much. Most quick oil change shops do this service and the last time I had it done, I paid less than $100.

Radiator flush is also something most quick oil change places do on a regular basis.

If you want your brakes bled, you'll find most shops that do exhuast work tend to do brake work also.
