Fuba Antenna

I beleive that is what its called. I am reffering to the radio antenna used by Jettas. Has anyone installed a real one on thie Maxima? If so is it neccesary to remove the rear headliner?

Probably not so much removing the liner, as pulling it back in order to route the antenna wiring. It'd probably be safer to remove it so that you don't drill a hole in it, though.

That is what I thought as far as pushing the liner out of the way. my only fear is that I break whatever fasteners that are holding up the liner. My second concern will be if the OEM factory antenna cable has the female end connecter to the antenna a bought. If not then I am going to have to run a new antenna cable from the radio.
Do have any thoughts on that?
