Knock sensor question

I was replacing my passenger side axle today and while I had it out I wanted to go ahead and replace the knock sensor I purchased from ebay motors for my 91 max SOHC. I have never replaced it before. After I pulled the connector off the sensor on the block, I noticed the connection end from the one on the block is different from the one I purchased. Has any one out there ran into this problem? How did you modify it to work ? or did I purchase the wrong knock sensor.

tks,

Can you post a picture of the knock sensor you purchased? That would help on telling you if you got the right one.
