Thats what im planning but wondering colours etc. Thinking white (colour of the car) with black 'blades'. Not sure what it would look like though.

I'd suggest using a photoshop program to change the color of the wheels before doing it in real life. Personally I don't like wheels in any color other than Grey/aluminum or matte/semi-gloss black.

or look at Z31 wheels, 88 Shiro were white, 86 were similar but without the center cap and had gray inlay, 84 AE same as 86 but gold inlay, and 87 Turbo charcoal

god that does look bad, not your job, just the overall effect. would probably look better if the rims were pure black with just the sawblades white

i would try a glossy metallic silver, i bought some to paint my stock center caps today and its a really nice color, going ot paint my stock rims that color now

yes Z31 wheels are 5x114.3, The problem will be the offset more than likely since they are intended for a RWD car. All the ones shown are +20 offset, early models, 84-85 used +30 offset, but NA models used 4x114.3, only for 84-85. I think if you want to do the 2 tone just do the inlay like on the 86 or 84AE wheels one color while the rest a different color. So white like the Shiro wheels, with black inlays, based on what you stated.

I'm not a fan of the 89-90 wheels, I prefer 91-94 when they're in excellent condition, the glossy finish gives them a real classy look in my opinion.
