How do I transport my snowboard?! lol

So I bought my first snowboard the other day and I realized that it doesn't fit in my 94 max's trunk. Not that it would fit in any trunks, except for hatchbacks.

I guess I need to put it on the roof? What kind of roof rack would be good, also I have a sunroof.

talk one of the ausie, or nz guys, see if they will be persuaded to ship a rear seat cushion (folds down).
or just remove the cushions, and the metal support.
looks like crap, but is cheap, gets the job done.

I've fit six boards and three people in my car, easy used it for 2 seasons of riding up and down the hill. No fold down seats either. You just put the boards in the back seat, one tip under the front seat, and the other tip towards the rear glass, when taking more than one board, place them base to base.

Im not sure if they still make it, but I have a roof rack by Yakima that has adapters for bicycles, snowboards, skis and surfboards.
