Windows

I got up this morning and my windows were fogged up so I rolled them down to get them off. Only one rolled up though. I don't think that it is the regulators cuz there has already been one replaced, and that window wouldn't come up either. Could I have blown a fuse or something? Because I rolled them down all at one time. Also, whenever I push the roll-up button, all it does is click and not go anywhere. When my dad's regulators broke, the window would come up at least halfway. I put garbage bags over them, which is good cuz it rained and hailed for a little bit today. thanks

the rubber seals around the windows are dry. when the window is wet the rubber gets sticky and grabs your window and the motor is not strong enough to push the window back up. try to grab the window w/ your hand and pull it up while pushing the up button.
