Leather door panels

i have leather seats in my 92 se and as i see on 4th and 5th gens with leather, it looks nice with the door panels being leather along with the seats. The 3rd gens came with cloth even with leather seats. So, if i cut/alter where necessary, can i make the leather covering from an old 4th gen (or any other black leather) fit on my panels after i remove the cloth?

Doesn't the GXE come with both leather seats and door inserts?
