put my car on the alignment rack at work and found ou that my drivers side lower A-arm bushings are shot. how much are the bushings and is it a D.I.Y.?

( i have done brakes, ball joints, tie rods, rod bearings, oil changes, rotors, and a few other things)

do they make poly urethane bushings??
