Damaged pass side front door lock??

I seem to have damaged my front passenger side door lock. Is there any way to replace it without haveing to get one from another car thats not the same color? I have a dark blue GXE with the keyless entry( no longer works n dont know why) I damaged the lock one night while drunk and lockd my keys in the car, then had to break in through the vent window lol. Its a little annoying to have to open the trunk everytime I get ready to get in my car to keep the alarm from going off, and then I have to go to the driver side in order to unlock all the doors.

you should be able to remove the lock assembly itself from the door handle assembly...tho iirc it is a pain to get the handle out of the door

I dont think its that hard to get the lock out. I never did it on this particular car, but I know on many cars you just remove the small rod held in by a colorful plastic clip going into the lock cylinder, and then there should be some kind of sliding fork thing holding the lock cylinder in place. How exactly did you damage your lock? Did you break your key in there or something? Once you get that lock cylinder out, take it to a lock smith..

Well I actually locked my keys in the car, and I was tryng to avoid breaking the windows to get in, I had all my windows rolled up, and it was cold. I stuck the end of a hanger in there, and thas how it got messed up.

Yeah, do what I said, and you'll be fine.
