ok my problem is: my dash lights and tailights are out,(the fuse keeps blowing( BUT my Brake Lights work) my Anti Theft system is not working (the fuse in the cabin is not blown)

i have been trying to install an amp for these few past days. there is power going to it and it is on a good ground.

PLZZZZZZZZ help me .. i have a X mass eve trip to make at nigh....

 

sounds like a short. . . . do you have stereo stuff done? i hate electrical stuff!!!!

 

yea i just bought a Bose system out of a 91 maxima .. it works great . The Anti T fuse under the hood , in that little fuse box to the side, could that be the problem? O GOD pppppppllllllllllzzzzzzzzzz help

well your brake lights will still work because they are on a different fuse than the parking/dash lights etc. if the fuse keeps blowing it sounds like you have a short or a bad ground somewhere...

 

would it have anything to do with the amp i just hooked up?

i got sick last night trying to fin the short... still no luck. I noticed that when you press the brake the dash lights come back ..... so were do guys think the short is?
