Question about strut bar

Question about strut bar

Is custommaxima.com strut bar a quality one? Custom sells theirs for $37 Courtesyparts has one for $80, which is better?

I think that mostly, the FSTB are made equally, but they just have different names on them. Is this right? I would go with the custommaxima.com one.

Anything below $180 or so is going to be basically the same. The diff in price with alot of them is customer demand.

who would make one for 180 if other people make em for 37 or 80, and why would make it that much better?

if its 180 then its probably Stillen. They know that people will pay that much just so they can have Stillen written on the strut bar. They are just paying for a name, not an insanely better product

i'm assuming owners with VE's would have to modify all the bars in some way to fit...?

I think so, I haven't heard of one being a direct fit for the VE

That's right, NO fstbs fit the VE right now. I'm trying to find a solution to that problem. It's slow going, but that's all I can say for now...

I think Greg is working on getting something for you VE guys. Seems like I remember someone saying that Performance Tuning was doing the same thing, but I may be crazy...
