Washer reservoir replacement question

My 93 SE AT has a leaking washer reservoir. I'm looking for a replacement but I'm not sure what other years' reservoir is compatible with a 93 SE. And how will I replace the tank? Can I remove it from underneath the car?

Yeah you can use one from 89 to 94 and I think you have to remove the front bumper. Or the splash guard.

Remove the splash guard. The fill tube pulls out the top with a simple quarter turn. Everything else comes out from underneath

Instead of sourcing another one, why not just use epoxy putty to seal up the holes? I recently patched up my homies reservoir on his 1st gen I30. Pulled it all the way out to find three dime sized holes and a few cracks. Sealed it up and alls well! $6 for a tube of putty.

That's what I thought too. I'm thinking of applying permatex plastic repair kit that can withstand heat, dirt, and lots of vibration.

Go for it! Itll be a cheaper solution than replacing it.

Are you sure the washer reservoir is cracked? Maybe it's as simple as replacing the worn out rubber bushing on the washer motor.
