My keyless entry system doesnt work anymore. It used to work butnow it doesnt even beep or light up. I checked the connections with an ohm meter and i think everything is ok (there is continuity with the terminals that there should be continuity with). The control unit, behind the glove compartment gets power because when i unplug it, it beeps. Also the connection from the control unit to the keyboard on the door is good. Any ideas on what to fix or common problems that people run into. Its an 89 bye the way

If you figure it out, please send a reply. In cold weather, the ST button will only work after another button is pressed. The dealer wanted to replace the button set. Hoping for cheaper solution.
