any suggestions

ok i have done the following to try and get rid of this jerky problem i have when i acclerate and when its idleing it will judt stall out..

1) cleaned throttle body and iac motor housing etc.
2) adjusted iac motor
3) replaced the throttle postion sensor
4) took out the fuel pump and cleaned the screen "wasnt really dirty"
5) put a bottle of injector cleaner in tank
6) checked all hoses etc and everything is connected.
7) changed fuel filter
so as it is right now im at a loss with whqat else it can be and i think i have run out of options..so my next step is going to be the dealer if i cant get any other suggetions.."trying to avoid the dealer at al cost" but i dont have the 3500.00 diag tool..
so if anyone has any other ideas let me know thanks..

3 things..

1. Coolant temperature sensor. Its a red connector next to the throttle body. Take it off and clean it.
2. MAF. Test the voltage and check it with the service manual's voltage. Pray it isn't this(~$500).
3. Coils. Check all 6 coils with a voltage tester just like the MAF and check to the service manual. Pray it isn't this too.

I had the fuel pump, regulator, filter, MAF, coils, and a bunch of other **** replaced to fix my stalling and hesitation probs. Total cost of parts was over $2k. Have fun.

Re: any suggestions

check your air intake for leaks (or holes). the suggestion of a bad sensor sounds right too. but if you have any leaks in intake on the opposite side of the MAF (far side from the engine) it may act like this.

well i think i have found the problem.. 95% sure that i have found it..looks like i was looking in the wrong area i was thinking it was a fuel problem when instead its a ignition problem..i went ahead and checked the spark plug coil packs in the front valve cover and guess what all 3 of them bastards have 2 cracks in each of them..but just to test my finding i did the ol pull the plug wire out and see if it was arching anywhere but nothing..so i was like ok cracks must not be all the way thru but then i went to put the pug back in the hole and thats when i saw the fireworks..that coil where the cracks were just shooting all over the inside of that hole..im like well i think i have found my problem.. it would definetly explain the dying, jerking, and the NO POWER situation.. i checked the rear ones and they were fine so i need to get 3 new front coilpacks..aaahhhhhh $$$$$$$$... well its not going to be too bad cause i get employee price at the nissan dealership
just wanted to say thanks for the help cause sometimes ya just get so invloved with trying to fix something that you end up thinking its something more technical or complicated than it really is.when all along it is something simply.."even though parts for nissans are not easy on the wallet"

thanks
