Any Infomation on performance Tranny Kit?

Any Infomation on performance Tranny Kit?

I waz wandering if anyone has any idea where one could get a performance tranny rebuild kit for a 92 gxe ? And also a torque converter..Any help would be appreciated..

try http://www.levelten.com/ I think they have stuff for the tranny and also a torque converter.

Thanks for the info i called them this mourning and they are pretty cheap . I'am getting the tranny rebuilt for 1200 with a new VB and performance kit..

for real....$1200!!!! what will it include when I contacted them they were talking about $3500!!! dude whats going on??????

???!?! $1200? I remember also hearing around $3k-$4k. Though that was to withstand 500+hp and it had a TC so I don't know how much that adds to the price. Man, I'll be getting that a lot sooner than I thought. There is also Don's TB upgrade but I forget the URL.

Parts only

Sorry about that ..I was only Quoted for the parts --tranny kit, torque converter.. I'am getting my mechanic to do the rebuilt..He's charging 400 for the labour

where the heck did you find a mechanic that would rebuild your tranny for $400?! Mine charged me $1800 (parts/labor) and that was just a stock tranny. I know that comes out to $1600 w/ the $1200 you mentioned for parts but thats still cheaper and its better performance too! I really got screwed I guess.

Thanks for the offer anyways. Actually, I looked back at the receipt and I got my tranny rebuilt for only about $1000 I think. Guess what the other $800 was for? They wanted to charge me $800 to fix my stock muffler!!! I could get the whole WSP exhaust (y, cat, muffler, etc) for cheaper than that!
