Too Much Fuel, Flooding problem!

My car is flooding itself instantely when I try to start it. If all the plugs are cleaned and then it is started it will start, but die shortly thereafter within about 4 seconds. If you remove the fuel pump fuse once it is started it will run a little longer, but it is just killing itself from pumping in too much fuel. I suspect it is either the MAF sensor or the Fuel Pressure Regulator. What happens when a MAF sensor goes out? I think I might have bumped it and now the computer thinks my engine is running at full throttle when I'm trying to start it and sending in way too much fuel. As for the fuel pressure regulator what happens when that goes out? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
