90 max se. 5 speed, 84 300zx 5 speed swapp everything?

can i swap most of the engine too the 90 maxima se? its a 1984 300zx 5 speed. i thought about swapping suspendion but idk for sure just seeing if anyone knows?

Why? The Maxima's VG has more power.

it has like 10 - 15hp more but its pro is improved tq curve it has thanx to the intake manifold. the butterfly flap the separates the intake runners making them seem longer or shorter and therefor changing the tq curve. also the 87year and newer are built better/run quieter and cool better. the newer blocks where considered the "w" series.

yeah it was only like 5hp, but factoring in age and whatnot theyre probably equal in power

engine should swap over, but suspension i dont think so

Z owners like to snag the Max VG's and drop them in their cars. You'll need to swap oil pans and anything else that bolts on and is specific to the Maxima.

No, you cannot swap suspension. It's a completely different car.

No, you cannot swap suspension. It's a completely different car.
Lately we have been using the VG33...the 86 Z31 cam is better than the Maxima's.
