ok thanks to all the help I have had here with my new 92 max,,so far I have fixed the mirrors and the dash lights,tail lights with all the help from you guys,,,so now my next project is getting the security system to work along with the door locks,,if the door locks dont work will that affect the scurity system?? Is there a fuse for the door locks or does it share a fuse???

and another problem I have is that each time I drive the car it just cuts out one or two times when I hit the gas,its like it has a flat spot,other then that the car runs like a bear injectors coils all good what could this be???? I'm afraid it mite just die out and not start again

 

i once sold a 92 se that needed at least 2 injector seals done,twice over the last year owned it, it had a misfire which i fixed by swappping in a used injector for the test and never got around to getting all new injector seals,
i was unemployed at the time ,it had like 250k and i had it for years anyways

it would feel like bog or cut out sometimes and then go normally
it still got around 20mpg and had plenty of smooth power otherwise

 

maybe the security bulb is burnt out? have you tested the alarm?

leave windows down lock up car or close trunk last wait the 15 seconds or whatever
so its armed ,reach in and press unlock\lift lock ****\use trunk popper or hood popper
all of these should make the horn honk till you turn key in a door or trunk lock
report back

also a 93se i had sitting around must have had corrosion on the door locks key switch for the alarm the door locks would not sense the key and disarm alarm if it sat more than a day or so but i could use the trunk lock to disarm alarm,i started unlocking trunk lock before doors just to stop horn honks,after driving all day a the door locks would get used a few times and work till it sat unused again
