first impressions of UDP and DUALS!!!!!!!

it's sick, that's all i have to say, traction is gonna be my new problem!!!!!!!!!!!

ok first duals:
it's 2.5 y pipe to a 2.5 flex, then it goes to a 3" high flow cat, to a 3" pipe the whole way to the back of the tunnel. there it splits off to 2 2.25" pipes and back to my dual mufflers hehehe. ok, it's loud, but not THAT loud. keep in mind it's still breaking in. you can hold a conversation and stuff. also, i do NOT have the silencers in. I'm gonna put them in tomorrow and see how it sounds. it should make a difference. anyway, performancewise, i noticed it right away. revs much much quicker than it did before. also, no dead spots on the tach, first gear goes by rather fast

ok drove it to the shop and slapped the UDP on. literally slapped!!!

that thing was a bizach. . . . old one came right off but the new one required a little more um. . . . . persuasion. meaning we hammered the shyte out of it with a hammer and block of wood. impressions of this were good. revs fall faster now, and the midrange improved dramatically. i was chasing my buddy through the twisties and realized i was in 3rd not 2nd. i'm VERY happy with the whole setup. now i gotta figure out how to get some traction!!!!!!!!!! i'll email chris some pics tomorrow and we'll get em posted. the car is MAD dirty from salt. . . .

my digi cam sucks! it's like a cordless webcam and everything came out blurry. I'll try again tomorrow. Today i put the silencers in and it was quieter than my glasspack and tip. i'm very happy. highway driving you don't even hear the exhaust untill you put the pedal to the floor. the silencers are really restrictive though. i can feel the difference when they're in. but they do make driving it much more comfortable. i took em out again cause the exhasut thing is still new and i still like it pulled into the movies tonight and everyone was lookin hehehe gotta love it. i'll try to take some underneath pics, my exhaust guy did a gorgeous job. got team redline stickers on my car now. . . . i guess he's proud of his work anyway, it looks and sounds great. i'll get those pics up asap!
