reminder chime mod and adjusting throttle cable how-to's

this morning I added throttle cable adjustment to my how-to per Atulb84's request

also, I cut a wire in the dash to make it so that my car will not chime at me when I have the door open and keys in the ignition. This way I will actually pay attention to that chime when it's trying to tell me I left my lights on. I got used to ignoring it from the keys thing so I've left my lights on a couple times before. Hopefully it'll help save the car battery. Well worth my 5 minutes

I hooked mine up to

a light by my kill switch near my e brake so the light blinks and I dont hear the chime unless my lights are on either. plus its real anoying when your working on the car with the keys in and the doors open.
speaking of busy messages I just got one on here. uh oh lol

Sweet, I'm going to do this when I get the time. It's so stupid and annoying I alwayas have to take the keys out when I'm cleaning it plus it defeats the purpose of th headligh reminder.
