Washer lights installed (PICS)

i ordered my APC washer lights in hyper red from a local shop. The owner heard of my racing group and told me i get a discount and so do all my members. So instead of paying 20.00 i paid 13.00. Good deal! i installed them to my corner lights and they shine bright as hell. and they look sweet. I don't know about you guys but after 12 years now im sure your sprayers are not spraying like new! with APC these are high pressure sprayers VS the autozone gayness that tries so hard just to reach the windshield. on a scale of 1-10 i give them a 10. here is a link http://www.4apc.net/superstreet.html

here is a pic from the day:

I'll post night pics tonight!

well the wiper is back to normal if you would have looked at the pics i have included. and i am not ricing my car out by adding a new set of washers! riced out takes alot more than that. I am just adding a new look and improving my ****ty *** stock sprayers that dont work right anymore. the only colors around here are white and blue ones i am unique!

I think that the others are all white and blue because red is illegal- at least where I live in Cali. The cops will get you for impersonating a police officer with the red lights, I think. Otherwise, they look great- andso does your whole car- great looking 3rd gen.

okay.. let's not the exterior mods of the car....

1. fart pipe.
2. funky a$$ wing.
3. BMW lights. can't complain much there, but still there.
4. the GTR emblem
5. red painted wiper arms
6. washer nozzles.
7. non-stock fogs..

not that I'm *****ing, but we're all entitled to our opinions.. guess what? my opinion is that car should come in two flavors.. steamed or fried.

RE:

before i installed them i asked a local sheriff and a local cop about this and some other things. They explained to me that there should be no problem as long as they dont blink. he said that they are on the hood so impersonating is near impossible. I live in cop central of my area, our county motto is "come on vacation, leave on probation" if that doesnt tell you anything about it! Well i am hooking up the togle switch that came with it today. If anything my sprayers work alot better for 13.00!

Red lights in the forward of a vehicle are illegal, red is premitted only on the rear of a vehicle to indicate the position or stopping of a vehicle. We have color codes for reasons...that's why we don't haev white turn signals or white stop lamps. When you see red, you think a car is stopping or it is the rear of the car. You will get a ticket for these....say waht you want...remember..."the cop said it was legal"....famous last words. If I were you, I'd only have them on when I was on private property.

Matt, there's a two things you have listed that I have to disagree with:

1: non-stock fogs...the stock fogs don't put out a decent light output, and they are huge, way outdated adding fogs doesn't rice out a car.
2: bmw lights, like you said, can't complain, but they're still there. the light output from BMW lights is much better than the stock lamps. borderline-rice though.

Actually, my OEM "GXE" fogs are bright enough to drive without the headlights. a 100W bulb is plenty damn bright for anybody..
the part about the aftermarket fogs is they just don't look right on our cars- IMHO.

and the BMW lights DO have better output.. I'll admit that myself. that's why I did them on my GXE.. but I hated the look. they didn't fit and just made the car look like a cheap work-over job, just like sticking on a bodykit and painting it with krylon.

i dig the bmw lights, the GTR isn't bad, i have one but offcentered (off phil96se), non stock fogs, i have small ones, they look really nice, i dunno bout the ovals, but they're better than the HUGE ugly stockers. i get the most compliments about that. the wing is a bit much, the washer nozzels are rice, but i got em, u just gotta use em in small doses. u may want to buy the better ones. the ones with black housings and small led's in the front. those are the cheaper ones like what i have. anyway, not a totaly loss
