tapping wire at ECU question

well, i tapped a white wire...which i thought to be pin29 for my a/f, and i hooked the wire to my a/f and i had no readout.

the wire was white. i'm not sure how to count the ECU pins..do i count blank spaces, or only spots with wires coming out of them? do i start on the top row, count to the right, then continue counting on the bottom row on the left to the right again? or how does that work?

another question: if my o2 sensor is bad, will it still send off any signals? or will it just be dead?

I sent ngthing a pic of the ECU connector and he found the right wire, if you need it, IM him and he can probably send it to you

if not, email me craigbrace@hotmail.com
