Sound like a injector. Did you check to see if you have spark thur the wire?

Check the power transistor too. Will give the same symptoms - misfire that does not move cylinder despite swapping plug and coil.

Throwing parts at her will only thin out your wallet...you need to run some diagnostics on her. Is the cylinder getting good fuel/spark? Does it have good compression? Swapping the coil packs out was good but you need to go further. You don't want to buy an injector if you don't need one. You could have a bad lifter/valve/cam... Did you atleast ohm out the injectors?
Start doing your research...there's plenty of info right here on Maxima.org.

Can I check the maf by disconnecting the harness? If not does anyone know where to snag a cheap one? So that I can test it or atleast have an extra.

Ohms is Resistance...voltage cause current to flow in a closed circuit, the components of that closed circuit are the load/resistance. Voltage equals current(amperage) x resistance(ohms). E(voltage)=IR(current x resistance) or 12v=.5amps x 24ohms
