Short in Brake lights? Please HELP!!

Short in Brake lights? Please HELP!!
My brake lights stopped working, i found that the fuse was blown and so i replaced it and found that when i stepped on the brake pedal the fuse blew again. What is wrong, and or what should i do? THe light bulbs are fine.
