Everything has been fine in my maxima until the other day. Its always shifted smooth and never had any problems. The other day I started driving and it shifted smooth from first to second like I had no problem. Then when it is supposed to shift to third it completely loses power. As if I'm in neutral, after about 3.5k it stops accerlerating and with the motor revved up past 4k its getting no power and begins slowing down as if in neutral. Checked fluid and its fine, shifts to park neutral and drive smooth, if I put it in manual first and second they work fine, and 2nd keeps power all the way through, but if I put it into drive it will not go to third and do the same. What could I do or check? I did recently put a subwoofer and new head unit in, maybe shook something loose? I'm really in a bad spot as I don't have the money for repairs and really need my car running. Any ideas?

I checked the engine light and it threw codes 32 and 51 but neither seems like they would affect the transmission
