I have a 1989 Nisson Maxima I am looking for a rebuit transmission, any place I can get one. I live in Las Vegas and have had no luck finding one. Or can anyone recommend a company to rebuild the transmission. I only have 140.000 miles on the car and hate to give it up knowing that almost all the main parts have been replaced with in the last year.

How much would it cost to get yours rebuilt there in Vegas? Are there not any junk yards nearby you could try?
