92 GXE Hose Help

Hey fam. First of all i wanna thank the homie who predicted that i would have to change one fuel injector after another, you the lvp. Saturday a co-worker and I changed an injector and when putting the engine back together we noticed one hose broke, and one hose was missing.

The one on top is broken and i'm planning to replace it. It's a vacuum hose and when it is taken off, the engine gets REALLY loud. Does anyone know what this hose is for?

The one on the bottom. Does anyone know what connects to this?Checked the Haynes. Can't find my chilly chill. Used the search bar and every link lead to a website that either closed in 09, or was just a broken link.

Underneath between the throttle body pictured and the (red) rocker cover there are two small pipes, it goes to one. Grab a light and look from the end of where the cruise control cable meets the throttle body and you will see them.
There is a huge improvement in performance if you replaced all the vacuum hoses with new ones.
