BMW Headlight or European Headlight

I have been planning on doing the BMW Headlight Install but keep hearing about gaps. Then lately i have heard people talk about doing the European Headlights from a maxima. Does the European one bolt right on? Also are there the gaps on the European one as well? One final question do all the European ones have the lines running across them like I believe it is Stu's maxima?

The dimensons of the european headlights are about the same as the US spec headlights. The european lights have lines across the front of the headlight, except where the projector lense is, there will be no lines in front of that.

neither kit bolts in, all require you to fit it.

I think the euro spec maxima lens is a direct bolt on. But it does use a different bulb (so a different harness is required). I think the euro bulb is the 9005? (not sure). the euro max. lens's are supposed to be a lot better, I read on someones max site a long time ago (dont have the link). I think he mentioned they go for around $200 a piece from a Euro dealer.
If you find a good source for euro max lenses let me know, I might be interested in a pair.

i know they all gotta be custom fit, but his look like they match up better with the corner lamps. just thought they may be a little taller than the us ones.
