Hard to tell the extent of the damage without putting it on a hoist and getting a good look but possibly you may need a new rear subframe looks like new rear strut(s), spindle, lateral arms etc. You may be able to pm JamesEastTX who has a 3rd gen he's parting out in the classifieds and see what he can do for parts and see if he can cut out the rear panel(s) for you. Just a suggestion that may help with the cost as im sure a body shop is going to charge alot more than what its worth if they have to source your panel(s) and parts. You may also want to search on ebay for the chrome trims. If im not mistaken i think i saw a set on there at one point some time back. Sorry to hear about your max. I know it can really suck especially when you grow attatched to it. Good luck and keep us posted through the repairs should you decide to go through with it. I hope it all works out and your able to get it back on the road.

What exactly happened to make your RH strut break, and the LH wheel well buckle like that? "Someone tried to assassinate it" doesn't explain much. Are you sure you didn't drift it into a curb at a high rate of speed?
