How tight should the E-Brake handle be.

So just changed my rear shoes and the e-brake was really loose so i tightened the adjusting things that are in between the brake shoes and it feels a bit better but just wondering about how many clicks is normal when i pull the handle up? Thank.s

normally it's about five click, but if you have to pull all the way up, you have two possibilities, A) you have a stretched parking cable that need to be replaced, or B) your rear were not bleeded correctly.

Yeah when i pull the parking break up the car still moves a little bit. I'm not sure if it just needs to be adjusted a little or what..

You want it to be as loose as possible so that you can make beats with it at red lights.
