Anybody know if this turbo will work?

I've been reading about boosting the VE, and I have been doing a little research for the possible project. A friend of mine recently wrecked his Saab 9000 CS, which uses a fairly small Garrett turbo. I'm not sure which model it is, hopefully someone on this board will. Would it be possible to use this turbo for a Maxima turbo project?

You can use pretty much any turbo, but the size will have different driving characteristics. Smaller ones boost much faster and you will have wheel spinning power off the line, while bigger ones will kick in a little later and pull harder high RPM. I don't think you'd want to use a Saab turbo, they will probably be too small considering they come from 4 cylinders. I would recommend somehting like a T-3 (what I used) or a T3/T4 (a better turbo IMO). As for my car, I think the turbo ran out of steam after 5K or so. It would have been nice to boost strong right to redline.

I need some JWT sport 650's...
