You wont get that bumble bee sound, the larger the engine the deeper the exaust note, i dont know if anyone has a sound clip of that muffler, but people on here have clips of other ones

all aftermarket exhausts are loud!!!! once you eliminate the "restrictions" of the stock muffler and go for a striaght through design you get LOUDNES!!! it will be loud and yes there is a chance you could be pulled over and cited for a noise ordinance, but its totally dependent on your area police......

Those Dual DTM mufflers look sweet, but they're straight-through design. This means they'll be quite loud by themselves. Also they have a small volume which makes them less sound absorbent. If you keep your stock resonator it will quiet it down a bit of course, but it'll probably still be loud sounding. Not "pull-me-over loud" but loud and it might drone at lower RPM.

Anyone know how the sound actually is on a car with the DTM (or any one of those small shiny oval mufflers) with an otherwise stock exhaust? Chris?

i've only heard one with stock exhaust and a Tsudo DTM muffler and it was still pretty damn loud...

if you're worried about sound, then you should get a tuneable. . . my exhaust is mad loud untill i put the silencers in, then it's almost stock, well. . .stock with a rumble but still that's with a 3" no silencer and duals!
